Tips to apply the patch
Start with a clean, dirt free surface using an alcohol pad to wipe off dust and grease. Take the patch and measure the tear. The patch should extend 1 inch beyond all edges of the tear. Be sure to cut around the corners before applying it to repair area as corners tend to come up through time and affect durability. Patch and press firmly for a minute or two to force out any air bubbles so that the adhesive adheres tightly and the patch holds up through a long time. If it is an inflatable item to be patched, let it cure for 24 hours before re-inflating it or putting it back to water.
