How to Repair Leak on Pool Inflatables? Pool floats, loungers and lilos. These inflatables bring us so much fun in summer time. Just think about floating mindlessly on swimming pool to spend a breezy sunny day. Nonetheless, a patch kit would not seem so significant until we discover a leak on the inflatable. No need to worry. A small piece of self adhesive PVC patch can come to the rescue and ensure the fun goes on.

Self adhesive PVC patch is ideal for quick, easy and clean repair in PVC inflatables. Without applying messy liquid adhesive, simply peel and patch to repair puncture.

Follow the simple steps to apply a self adhesive repair patch:

1. Deflate the inflatable item. Locate and inspect the damaged area. For best results, make sure the area is clean and dry before starting.

2. Do not peel the backing from the patch yet. Trim the patch into round or oval shape, leaving no sharp corners. The trimmed patch should be large enough to fully cover the damaged area, preferably 1 or 2 inches on all sides.

3. Peel off the backing and stick the patch to the damaged area. Press the patch firmly to force out all air bubbles using fingers or applying a tea spoon. Make sure the pressure sensitive adhesive adheres to the fabric.

4. Wait at least 30 minutes before re-using the item. Under optimal operating temperature 50~104°F (10~40ºC), it takes 4 hours for the patch to fully dry out and cure.
