Operating Temperature: 50~104°F (10~40ºC)
Method of Application: Cotton swab, plastic scraper, glue brush
Instruction: 1. Locate the rip or pinhole in the inflatable boat. Clean the area around the rip. Lightly sand the area surrounding the rip.
2. Cut a vinyl patch into a circle or an oval shape, which should be longer and wider than the rip but a bit smaller than the sanded area.
3. Use a glue applicator to apply a thin layer of pvc adhesive to the sanded area. Wait for 1 to 3 minutes, then take the vinyl patch and stick it onto the rip area. (For underwater repair, apply a layer of pvc adhesive to the back of the vinyl patch instead. Then stick the glued patch onto the rip area.)
4. Press the patch firmly, starting from center and then all over the area to force out all the air in between.
5. Allow 12 to 24 hours to fully dry.
Cleanup: Sprinkle absorbent compound onto spill or residue, and weep it into a plastic or metal container. Wash spill area with soap and water. Dispose in a suitable closed container in accordance with current government regulations.
