Although buying new clothes is always an option, there is nothing wrong mending clothes to extend their life and save some bucks. Some might use a sewing machine to mend the holes. 1. Clean the surface around the area where you would like to fix. Wipe off dust, oil and grease.
2. Peel the backing of the patch and stick the patch to the hole.
3. Press firmly on the patch for 3 to 5 minutes to make sure it adheres well.
4. Keep the mended clothing away from water for at least 12 hours before re-using it.
