Shin Dorn is honored to have participated in the Trade Assurance Program launched by Alibaba, one of the world’s largest online platform for global wholesale trade. From now on, buyers doing business with Shin Dorn at Alibaba.com can have this free payment protection service.
Trade Assurance Program was launched by Alibaba.com in December 2014 and since then has received great recognition. It is designed to create trust in online trade. Signing up with Alibaba.com is free for buyers, who will be protected by Trade Assurance Program if they do business with participating suppliers at Alibaba.com. If buyers make a telegraphic transfer (T/T) payment and the supplier does not fulfill the shipping time or product quality requirements agreed in the Trade Assurance contract, the buyers will get refund up to 100% of payment amount agreed upon in the contract.
Suppliers at Alibaba.com have to be assessed before they can participate in this program. Every participating supplier is then assigned a specific Trade Assurance Limit based on its trade history and qualifications. The Trade Assurance Limit is to be adjusted monthly according to the supplier’s online trading records at Alibaba.com.
